Dish called "Sarma"

Ingredients :


  • 1 head cabbage
  • 600 g of minced beef
  • 250 g of rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • little dried meat
  • salt
  • pepper
  • blend of spices
  • chili , ground red pepper
  • chutney


Preparation :

Add rice and minced meat , chopped onion , grated carrot , peeled and finely diced tomato and minced dried meat . Add salt , pepper , add a mixture of spices and a little chili , spoon chutney and  well to unite .
At the bottom of the sherpas put chopped sauerkraut and cabbage rolls line up on him , so that between them is less space .
When we spent ingredients over sarma put another row of sliced cabbage and pour hot water . Cook for about 90 minutes on low vatri.Ja not zapržajem cabbage , but before the end of cooking cabbage rolls I put two or three tablespoons of pickle and that's it and they can also burn this: Cooked cabbage rolls pour roux : a little oil fry 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon minced red peppers . Simmer for 7-8 minutes .
