Green Pancakes




Ingredients:

The batter for 10 crepes:

1 egg,
250 g of soft flour,
pinch of salt
225 ml of milk,
225 ml of water

Stuffing topping:

100 g frozen spinach,
100 g button mushrooms,
300g cream cheese,
200 g like salamis cut into rings
Waist leek,
1 cup sour cream,
salt,
pepper,
oil







Preparation:


Mix the dough for pancakes and bake 10 pieces. Bake thicker pancakes.Fry on oil finely chopped mushrooms and leeks. Remove from heat and put on cream cheese.
